TranQool's 12 Days of Strength Challenge

The TranQool Team has been working on something special just for you. We've spent a lot of time searching for a way to motivate you to take care of their mental health this holiday season. Out of many late nights and brainstorming sessions the TranQool 12 Day Challenge was born. We are so passionate about it's mission of building emotional strength and resilience through the difficult holiday season. This year has been an incredibly difficult for many and we want to help you begin 2017 with renewed strength.

Building Emotional Strength

We believe that strength comes from within. These 12 simple challenges are focused on building emotional strength and positive habits. We're all about getting you through this tough holiday season. It can be exhausting, stressful, and emotionally straining. This challenge will help you to prepare for this stressful time of the year but also for the year that is ahead! We are so excited to see what you can accomplish through participating in this challenge. So show us your strength, show us your resilience, and show us how you are going to overcome your anxiety and those winter blues. We are so proud of the steps you have taken toward bettering your health and building emotional strength and can't wait to see you continue to grow! 

How The Challenge Will Work

TranQool's 12 day challenge will take place from December 6th to the 17th and will involve 12 daily challenges. Each challenge will be centred on the teachings of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy). We will be hosting a Facebook live video each morning at 10:00am to explain the challenge of the day. We will share tips on how to complete it and the benefits you will gain. These videos are also where we will be announcing the winner of the previous day's giveaway and give you a sneak peek at that days giveaway.
