Research has shown how exercise balances the level of the brain chemicals that help regulate your mood. Inefficient levels of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine can result in depression and lack of concentration. Cardio and other types of physical exercises such as yoga and walking 2-3 times a week can help balance those brain juices and rewire our brains in a positive way.
So your 1 thing to do today? Get up and move. Be it a walk to the store, workout at the gym, going for a swim or dancing to your favorite tune. JUST DO IT!
